Collaboration
The Japanese pharmaceutical company Kyowa Hakko Kirin has acquired licenses for Abstral/Rapinyl and Diabact UBT in Japan. Kyowa Hakko Kirin is responsible for the approval process for the products in Japan. As regards Abstral, Orexo will receive a milestone on product approval. Orexo is also entitled to a single digit royalty on Kyowa’s sales of Abstral.
