The Articles of Association are adopted by the Annual General Meeting and outline a number of mandatory tasks of a fundamental nature to the company. The Articles of Association state that Orexo shall conduct research and development, and manufacture, market and sell pharmaceuticals and diagnostic preparations. Orexo’s Articles of Association also state that the Board of Directors shall have its registered office in Uppsala, Sweden and shall consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of nine members with a maximum of three deputies.
